Air circulation
bits have wide application in open-cast mining, in particular
iron ore, non-ferrous metals are and coal mining. The bits have
special air passages through which the air is supplied to the
bearings for cooling and lubricating of bearings and for cleaning
of bearing from the drillings. The bits are equipped with back-flow
valve to secure from back-flow of drilling as well as to divide
the air stream between the bearings and the nozzles. Our air
circulation bit range comprises bits for various formations
from soft, through medium hard to very hard and abrassive ones
with steel tooth or t.c. inserts cutting structure.
